About RW Coaching

My background is education. For many years, I worked with babies, children, parents and staff to develop their knowledge and skills. It was followed by several years as a local authority advisor, working with businesses to develop the quality of their services through discussion, support and training. During this time, I too enjoyed learning, and achieved a Masters at Goldsmiths in Language, Culture and Identity.

My passion is businesses in Kent – supporting them and helping them to grow, through coaching and mentoring; coming with fresh eyes to identify what can change to make a difference.

I was trained in London as a chairperson, enabling me to host a large number of people in multi-disciplinary teams – no easy task! I’m also qualified, to degree level, in Coaching and Mentoring through the Institute of Leadership and Management.

I began freelancing, supporting businesses to grow, develop and find a new profit stream. I work with organisations to improve systems and processes, and manage change. I have continued to gain more and more qualifications through ongoing professional development sessions, courses, and reading.

I work one-to-one, in groups, and at workshops. I have organised and chaired business discussion sessions.
