Business mentoring can be for a number of purposes, but the objective is the same: to move us forward and achieve a goal.
An ideal time for you to have a mentor is when you are going through change.
I can help you through a transition at work, as an employer or employee, to help you keep up, face redundancy, learn, upskill, change career, diversify the business, or deal with staff issues.
Using my breadth of experience, I’ll guide you through the challenges.
An uphill struggle can become easier to face when there is a plan; mentoring supports you to organise your thoughts and come up with that plan.
If you are the manager, or the director of your small business, mentoring gives you a confidential space and time to express your thoughts and ideas without judgement.
I offer an independent sounding board, with a listening ear, giving you the opportunity to clear your thoughts and find focus.

Coaching that’s specifically focused at senior management level. We will explore both business development and personal too – with the aim of improving personal performance in your executive, leadership and influential role.

Senior leadership can be a lonely place – I offer a sounding board in a confidential space that allows you to explore yourself and your business without fear or concerns over reputation.

Fees are due before the start of the coaching session.
